CMP Partnerships
One of the major strengths of Community Medical Providers is the strong
partnerships the group has built with the finest healthcare resources in
Central California. CMP is a group of 45 physicians and nurse
practitioners, dedicated to providing the highest quality of medical care
to families. Each day, CMP cares for more patients, in more locations,
than any local medical group. The healthcare professionals of CMP have
joined their practices to help minimize the “business” of healthcare and
to give the providers more opportunity to practice the “art” of caring for
Central California families. As “owners” of the group, they provide a
strong voice in the healthcare community.
Santé Community Physicians
CMP providers are members of Santé Community Physicians (SCP), an
independent physicians association (IPA), the largest panel of physicians
in the region. This means access to the largest variety of contracts of
any Valley physicians’ group. SCP also supplies the Valley's largest panel
of specialists.
Community Medical Centers
CMP has a strong partnership with Community Medical Centers, Fresno's
largest and only locally owned hospital system working towards its mission
of improving the health of the community it serves.
State-Of-The-Art Facilities
Community Medical Providers' medical facilities provide patients and
member physicians with convenient access to services in a wide range of
locations. As a CMP Provider, you will soon have the option of joining one
of these technologically advanced facilities.
The group is anchored by our Care Center in north Fresno, located at the
corner of Herndon and Millbrook Avenues. This beautiful, state-of-the-art
facility houses as many as nineteen providers and also includes urgent
care, pharmaceutical, x-ray and laboratory services.
Caring for Central California
CMP facilities are located throughout the Central Valley. Currently,
CMP has nine office sites in six Fresno locations, plus sites in Clovis,
Reedley, Oakhurst and Auberry.
Today, CMP is the region's largest, most renowned and integrated
physicians group.
