"I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with a work history of over twenty years in the medical field. I also have 2 teenage children to balance out my professional life, but find time to exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet. I love the outdoors. I enjoy hiking, cycling and water sports which are useful not only in burning calories and maintaining fitness, but in promoting stress reduction.
