     Community Medical Providers (CMP) is a group of 45 physicians and nurse practitioners, dedicated to the good health of your family. Each day, CMP cares for more patients, in more locations, than any local medical group.

     CMP providers are members of Santé Community Physicians, the largest panel of physicians in the region. This means you have a wide choice of health plans from which to choose in accessing your CMP physician and, should you require additional care, your CMP physician can refer you to the Santé panel of specialists, the region's largest specialist panel.

     Our mission is to keep you healthy, but should you require hospitalization, your CMP physician has a strong partnership with Community Medical Centers ensuring quality care at the area's best acute care facilities. Community's vast healthcare services include Fresno Community Medical Center and the beautiful birthing center at Clovis Community.
